UBS AG had subscribed to 20,502,939 warrants on a preferential basis under an agreement with 360 ONE

360 ONE WAM has allotted 20.5 million equity shares, representing approximately 4.8 per cent of its equity, to UBS AG after the Swiss financial services major exercised all the warrants allotted to it by the wealth and asset management firm.

UBS AG had subscribed to 20,502,939 warrants on a preferential basis under an agreement with 360 ONE. The warrants were allotted on July 21, 2025, with UBS paying 25 per cent of the exercise price upfront.

UBS has now exercised all the warrants and paid the remaining 75 per cent of the exercise price, completing the conversion into equity shares.

The transaction was part of the strategic collaboration between the two institutions.
